I am a Staff Technical Artist at Bungie with 18+ years in the industry.
Having experience with everything from hand-authored sprites on GBA, to the demands of open-world games on current-gen consoles, I have seen what can crush artists’ spirits, as well as what gives them hope and fuels their passions. It is my mission to partner-with-and-enable artists and game developers to create from a place of passion and drive rather than frustration.
Most of my tools and pipelines aim to remove or reduce the consequences normally associated with iterating and prototyping, freeing content creators to experiment, knowing that they can start-over and get right back to where they were with ease. I do this by any means necessary: from automating tasks in artist software packages, to writing and extending proprietary editor frameworks.
I have a passion for creating library level systems and widgets that bring a cohesion to the user experience, as well as giving other technical artists a head start and solid foundation for new tools.
